The information on this form is needed to provide you with an accurate quote for the survey.  You can either call us with this information or complete the form and fax or email it to us.  We will contact you within 24 hours of receipt of your request.

Homeowner/Property Owners

If you are own your home and/or property and are considering having renovations done (i.e. additions, putting up a fence, deck, etc.), you may be required to provide your town with a survey in order to obtain the permit.  We will make sure the survey meets their requirements. 

Please let us know if you would like us to include corner markers.

Buying a new home?  

For your protection, we strongly recommend that you order a survey on the property you are buying.  Our surveys outline the property and include easements, boundary lines, existing corner markers and other permanent objects or structures.

Why do I need a survey?

We recommend you read the following document regarding Surveyor Affidavit of No Change. Accepting the seller's existing survey to save money may not be the avenue you wish to pursue.  An informed buyer is a smart buyer.
